Had two 2,500 gallon tanks done by Enviro. Hadn't been done in 15 years. The tech was competent and pleasant to deal with. Tanks got cleaned and we'd use them again!

I am generally satisfied with the work that Environmental Cistern Cleaning did on my house. I have a small poly cistern inside my well room and a large concrete cistern buried out in the front yard. When I called Geoffrey, he was very professional. In his alluring, gentlemanly accent he took pains to ascertain as much information as possible (if memory serves, he also spoke with my water system person to get a few details). Geoffrey listened carefully, answered questions clearly, and provided me with a written quote in a timely manner. When I asked to reschedule the work a couple of months down the line, Geoffrey obliged me and his technician came to do the work at the appointed time, on the appointed day. My only (very minor concerns) is that, despite our discussion about disinfection with hydrogen peroxide (which wasn't supposed to leave any residue in the water), the tap water did have an unusual chlorine-like aftertaste for about a week after treatment, but it did go away. The other minor annoyance was the technician making a bit of a mess in my pump room; I didn't mind helping him tidy up some of the water, but, having been bitten by the expense of that area being flooded before, I would prefer it if the technician were more careful near the carpeted area in the future. Having said this, I am completely and utterly satisfied with Geoffrey's friendly demeanour, professional operation, and timely delivery of services. I highly recommend Environmental Cistern Cleaning to all homeowners.

Kaman did an excellent job cleaning out our very dirty cistern. Hydrogen Peroxide was the way to go. After doing some additional research, I went ahead and treated our well with the Technical Grade H.P. and that solved our iron bacteria issue.

After a thorough conversation with Geoffrey, we decided to go ahead with the cistern cleaning. The technician was polite, explained the procedure and got the job done quickly. My wife and I had Kaman in to do our cistern in April. We could not have been happier with the service, or the end result. He answered all of our questions, kept us informed as the job went on, and even stuck around after to help the water hauler get set up. We are VERY happy with the service that we received!! The owner spent time on the phone with me answering all my questions, as we have a horse boarding business which supplies water to lots of animals. The fellow who did the cleaning was very professional, and really took the time to do it right, and he showed me everything he was doing and why. Our large cistern tank looked brand new once done. Kaman, who did my cistern, is a fine fellow, a good worker. He took time to do the job well, and even came back to do a fine sweep a week later, as some material had settled out to the bottom (my tank is 5500 gal). It was expensive to do, but my water is noticeably cleaner - clear, instead of tinged pale yellow, so I'm happy I had it done.

It is great to know that my cisterns are as clean as can be, and it is all done without losing any precious water! A wonderful service and great people! Thank you!!

We had great service, the fellow came on time and was very helpful with describing what he needed to do and the process. Cleaned up after himself and let us know when he would be back to vac again after any sediment had settled. On his return visit again was on time and when finished let us know he was done and gave us his card in case we had any issues We would recommend them to anyone who needs their cistern cleaned
